Sweet Job Crochet sells downloadable digital files. A pattern purchase does not include a physical product, yarn, tools, or materials.
Permitted use
Customers may use the pattern to crochet handmade items and may sell the finished items they make themselves. Customers may not copy, resell, share, publish, or distribute the PDF file or its instructions.
Refunds
Because patterns are downloadable digital products, refunds are normally not offered after the file has been delivered. If a customer purchases by mistake or has a technical issue accessing the PDF, they may contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can review the case.
