Terms that apply to the purchase, download, and use of Sweet Job Crochet digital patterns.
1. What we sell
Sweet Job Crochet sells digital crochet and amigurumi patterns in PDF format. A purchase does not include a finished piece, yarn, stuffing, hooks, tools, or physical shipping.
Unless a product page says otherwise, each paid pattern includes one complete English version and one complete Spanish version.
2. Price, payment, and delivery
Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD). Applicable taxes or other amounts may be calculated at checkout according to the buyer’s location.
Payment and delivery for paid products are processed by Lemon Squeezy. After payment is completed, the buyer receives access to the digital files through the provider’s download page or confirmation email.
3. License to use
A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the pattern. You may sell finished pieces that you crochet with your own hands.
You may not copy, resell, share, publish, translate, modify for redistribution, or distribute the PDF, its photographs, layout, or instructions, whether free of charge or for payment.
4. Free pattern
The free Little Whale pattern can be downloaded without an account. It remains protected by copyright and follows the same use rules: you may make and sell finished handmade pieces, but you may not redistribute the file or its instructions.
5. Refunds
Because patterns are downloadable digital goods, refunds are normally unavailable after the file has been delivered. If you purchased by mistake or experience a technical access issue, email us within 7 days of purchase so we can review the case.
6. Support
For download problems, corrupted files, or purchase questions, email sweetjob.crochet@gmail.com. Include the email used at checkout and the pattern name; never send complete card details.
